Cromwell Media is seeking a competitive, driven individual to join our expanding sales team and thrive in Mattoon’s dynamic media landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to provide multi-media marketing solutions that truly make an impact for our clients. As an Account Manager, you’ll have the resources and support to identify and solve key marketing challenges through a customer-focused approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Create customized marketing solutions using four radio stations, digital platforms, and sports and promotion marketing opportunities.
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
- Commit to ongoing learning through company training and self-improvement.
- Work independently while embracing collaboration in a team-driven environment.
- Serve as a valuable resource within and beyond the organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $40,000–$45,000 annually (based on experience), plus commission opportunities.
